Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
Results in kg:
Back squat 88.5 kg. PR
Shoulder press: 45 kg.
Deadlift: 100.5 kg. PR
Total 234kg!!! 515 Lbs.
I am reeeeeeealllly pleased with the results, I was feeling not really happy with myself as I have been eating not that clean lately. I really thought I was not going to get good results but this is by far the best results and a big improvement.
In my previous “crossfit total” I was using the wrong measure so I have to take out 4 kg x 3 from the results there. So the real weight was 205 kg, so 14% increase!!
Well I passed since I start from 157 kg to 200 to 205 to today 234kg.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
