Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat
Around 75% of body weight
Bench press 56 kg
Pullups
Back squat 53kg
Results:
Round 1: 6-27 PR-10
Round 2: 8-22-9
Round 3: 7-20-8
Round 4: 6-17-9
Round 5: 5-15-10
I´m really pleased with my new pullup PR 27 in a row!!
I am going to ache badddddddd from this.
