I did the pack version 75 reps.
Total time:18′ 25″ PR previous Angie wod almost a minute extra. I have to say that I was not feeling 100% still aching big time from the max pull ups, bench press..
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food.
