<p>Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.</p>
<p>Pull ups: 12/11/9/7/6/6/6/5 =62<br />
Push ups: 13/12/8/7/7/6/6/5 =64<br />
Sit ups: 8/9/8/8/7/6/6/6 =58<br />

<strong>Total: 287</strong><br />
I also did before the Tabata, <a href="http://yogamazing.blogspot.com/2009/04/yoga-for-fencing.html">yoga for fencing </a>with Lucas. It is a really good class.</p>
<p>Regarding the Tabata WOD today, this is now the hardest workout for sure!! Before the work out I was aching everywhere after the paddle game yesterday. I have to say that some of the pull ups may not have been proper ones (chin over the bar) and push ups where so-so, basically I was not strict about counting them. </p>
